Medication Therapy Management is a one-on-one service where our pharmacist reviews all of your medicines, looks for interactions or duplicates, and creates a personal plan to improve safety and effectiveness.

Most sessions last about 30 minutes. Complex cases may need a little more time to cover every detail.

No. New patients are welcome. Bring your current medication bottles or a printed list so we can conduct a full review.

Many Medicare Part D and commercial plans cover MTM at no additional cost. We will confirm your eligibility before scheduling.

At least once a year or whenever you experience significant medication changes, such as starting a new chronic therapy or seeing a new specialist.
